WING NUTS / WIRE NUTS

These Marrette twist on wire connectors are American made by Thomas

& Betts the leading name in electrical connectors. Their unique inner spring

and cap grip make them the first choice of professional installers across the

country.

The external cap is tough polypropylene and 105° ‘C’ rated to withstand

incredible pressures. They have close-spaced, deep grooves for real twisting

power, even with greasy or oily hands and have a deep, wide throat for total

insulation coverage. The throat is threaded to guide large wire into the spring

chamber.

A copper coated inner spring expands to accommodate more wires with

less twisting effort than a fixed spring wire nut, and they are color coded for

easy size selection. Available in standard, winged and grounding nuts that let

one end of the wire come through for grounding applications.
